Often when I have taken part in application processes the level of communication is poor and you’re usually waiting for long periods of time to hear back, however this wasn’t the case with Sheena. I had check-ins on the phone after the different stages of interviews so she could answer any questions and explain the timeline of the process. It was fantastic to know you had support during what can sometimes be a daunting process.
